We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience for all our customers.
Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Returns must be initiated with supporting photo or video proof in case of defect, damage, missing items, or incorrect product
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery. Once accepted, such orders may not be eligible for return.
All returned products undergo a quality check before approval of refund or exchange.
How to Raise a Return
If you have an account:
- Log in and go to My Profile → Orders
- Select the order and click on Return / Exchange
If you checked out as a guest:
- Use the Request Return option available in the website footer
- Enter your order details to proceed
Steps:
- Submit your return request with reason
- Upload photo/video proof if required
- Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
A quality check may be conducted at the time of pickup or after the product is received.
Special Conditions
- An unboxing video may be required for damaged or defective items
- Slight variation in color or fabric is not considered a defect
During sale periods:
- Some products may be marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable
- Returns will only be accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items
- Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof
Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to:
- The original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer, UPI, or wallet options
- You may be required to provide payment details through a secure link
Refund Notes
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated
